TUS137 Engage in Eastern Practice for Health and Calm

Over four sessions, this course will walk participants through various calming practices beneficial to their mental and physical health. 
DayOne, learn and experience various breath strategies to calm the nervous system.Day Two - learn/practice several meditation approaches. Day Three. - experiencerelaxing, easy Yoga Nidra, Yoga Sleep. No yoga poses/movements.  DayFour- distinguish between the narrative self and the experiential self throughmindfulness, journaling optional. You may always courteously opt out withoutdisturbing the practice of others.
