OSHA 7505 - Introduction to Incident (Accident) Investigation

This course covers an introduction to basic incident investigation procedures and describes analysis techniques. Course topics include reasons for conducting incident investigations and a four-step incident investigation procedure. The target audience is the employer, manager, employee, or employee representative who is involved in conducting accident and/or near-miss investigations.

Upon course completion students will have the basic skills necessary to conduct an effective accident investigation at the workplace.

PLEASE NOTE: If this class is Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) via Zoom, it is intended for persons who are previous customers or reside or work within the OSHA Birmingham Region which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida Panhandle, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
