OSHA 511 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry

This four-day course covers OSHA Standards, policies, and procedures in general industry. Topics include scope and application of the OSHA General Industry Standards, general industry principles and special emphasis on those areas in general industry which are most hazardous..

Required Materials: A current 29 CFR 1910 Regulation Manual is required for the class and the test. You may purchase from the UA OTI-ED Center when registering for the class. All other materials are provided.

PLEASE NOTE: If the class is Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) via Zoom, it is intended for persons who are previous customers or reside or work within the OSHA Birmingham Region which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida Panhandle, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. If you live or work outside of this region and are not a previous customer, we encourage you to seek virtual training within your Regional Authorized OTI Education Centers.
