Course Detail: WTAW100 - Intro to Generative AI in the Workplace

This 2-hour course will be taught in person. As a result of this training, participants will be able to identify AI models to use at their workplace, explain the limitations and ethical implications of AI usage, and explain the importance of critical thinking because of bias in AI.

This 2-hour focused training is designed for working professionals, small business owners, or employees who want to contribute to the efficiency of their workplace. Participants will learn how to implement AI in their current and future tasks and processes. Additionally, participants will practice prompting techniques specific to their workplace, think critically about how to utilize AI's responses for a variety of contexts, apply data analysis tools to a variety of scenarios, and consider the ethical implications of AI usage in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
