Program Detail: INSTRUCTTRAININSTCERT - Instructor Training Institute Workforce Microcredential
This 24-hour program includes in-person workshops and online training. As a result of this training, participants will be able to apply adult learning theory to various learning and teaching experiences, adapt learning spaces to be accessible and align equitably with all adult learners, practice integrating various online tools and platforms to engage adult learners, specify assessment tools to determine student learning needs for interventions, and establish criteria for integrating career awareness into classroom instruction.
