Course Detail: FOAS - Forklift Operation & Safety

Forklift Operation and Safety is a 4 hour course that permits the completer to operate lift trucks. The course is taught using Coaching Systems' Coaching the Lift Truck Operator ® 4 curriculum. Those who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years. All participants must be 18 years or older to attend this course. This course does include hands on forklift operation. Please dress appropriately (close toed shoes, no distressed clothing, etc). Participants in this course will learn:
Safety Considerations
Design and Operations Principles for Lift Truck Lifts
How to Properly Lift/Release Loads
How to Properly Move a Lift Truck (with a load)


Please note, cancellations may be made up to 5 business days before the first day of the course to qualify for a refund. All refunds will be issued less a service fee (fee varies by course but ranges from $6.75 - $56.75). All refunds will be issued in the form of a check, and not electronically returned to any credit/debit/gift card. No refunds are issued after the first day (or night) of class. Please allow 45 days for refund requests to be processed.
