This course is designed to familiarize students with the New York Rules of Professional Conduct promulgated jointly by the Appellate Divisions of the Supreme Court, the New York Code of Professional Responsibility, and the Canons and Codes of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and National Federation of Paralegal Association (NFPA).
