INTERVIEWING AND INVESTIGATION FOR THE LEGAL PROFESSIONAL (formerly LGL 214) This course provides a study of the principles, methods and investigative techniques that a legal professional utilizes to locate, gather, document and summarize information obtained from outside sources relevant to a case. Interviewing and investigating skills will be covered as well as the specialized skills required to obtain and summarize medical records, and to understand and apply the process of redaction.
