Biography: Brian Rommes is a talented leader and developer of people, processes and technology solutions. He believes "Collaboration and Communication move things forward", and that continued personal development helps us to invest more into those around us. Learning about transformational leadership and insights from Strengths Finder were two tools that have helped spur that philosophy and inspiration. His professional experience spans over 11 years of project management, process improvement, IT Business analysis, and strategic technology implementation.He received his undergrad from Murray State University, and has a Master's of Business Administration from Bellarmine University, and a Master's of Leadership and Management from Purdue University Global.He is an adjunct professor at Indiana University Southeast in their Business department. Mr. Rommes has previously taught in the International department at Murray State University, and overseas at their partner universities in South Korea and Thailand.Mr. Rommes works for Farm Credit Mid-America on the Process Improvement and Execution team driving technology projects and initiatives. His previous business experience includes Papa John's International where he lead projects supporting stores in 50 countries by working with vendors across the globe, and implementing restaurant digital solutions. He also has experience in the healthcare industry from his time at Humana where he worked on the clinical analytics, provider contracting, and pharmacy release management teams. |
