Chuck Millhollan
Biography: Chuck is the Chief Operating Officer for Farm Credit Mid-America. He has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, quality management, and project, program & portfolio management. Past positions include Senior Vice President Operational Process Excellence and Vice President Process Improvement & Execution for Farm Credit Mid-America, Director of Program Management for Churchill Downs Incorporated and Manager of the Applications Engineering Project Management Office for Humana Inc. Chuck also retired from the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Commander Special Duty Intelligence Officer.
Chuck earned a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Information Management from Syracuse University in 2015, a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin in 2003, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2000, and a Bachelor of Science in Management in 1993 through Southern Illinois University. He is currently attending ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking through a partnership with the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. The ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking prepares banking leaders through a comprehensive program that combines aspects of strategic planning, leadership, economics, and financial management.
Chuck's certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), and Certified Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP
