Each day, students will dive into exciting LEGO� adventures! Through fun challenges and team projects, kids will learn how to solve problems, share ideas, and work together like real builders and engineers. With a mix of guided activities and free-building time, students can follow instructions one moment and invent something totally wild the next. No experience needed, just bring your creativity and get ready to snap those bricks together!

Kids Yoga is a fun way to move, stretch, and relax! We will do easy yoga poses, play movement games, and use our imagination. Yoga helps our bodies get strong and our minds feel calm, happy, and ready to learn. Everyone is welcome, just try your best and have fun! Students should bring a yoga mat to each session.

In this exciting STEAM class, you'll step into the shoes of a real engineer as you design gadgets, build cool structures, test wild ideas, and solve challenges with your teammates. This class is all about adding creativity and art to make your project unique, thinking like a problem-solver, working as a team, and most of all, having fun while learning how stuff works! Come join us and discover how engineers use science, technology, and math to change the world, one cool project at a time!

October 3-17, 2026, Trutter Center Room 1105

Join us for a fun and not too spooky Halloween themed class! Children are invited to explore the playful side of Halloween through hands on crafts, interactive games, imaginative storytelling, and movement activities. Students will build creativity and confidence as they work together on themed projects, practice following directions, and express themselves in a supportive, energetic environment. Activities are designed to be age appropriate, inclusive, and focused on fun rather than fear. Costumes are welcome (but optional), and all children are encouraged to come ready to learn, create, and celebrate the season. It's a BOOtiful way to enjoy Halloween while building social skills and having a great time!

Join us and discover the world around you! Our state is home to an amazing variety of plants and animals that make it a truly special place to live. In this class, we'll explore our local ecosystem through hands on projects that spotlight its incredible residents. From colorful plants like Black eyed Susans and Milkweed to fascinating animals such as White tailed Deer, Beavers, and Five lined Skinks, the nature just outside your door will inspire our creativity. We'll also learn about the important benefits these plants and animals provide to people and the environment. To bring it all to life, students will create exciting 3D dioramas that show these organisms in motion within their natural habitats!

Fall Into Thankfulness is a fun and age appropriate fall and Thanksgiving themed class. Children will explore the sights, sounds, and traditions of the fall season while learning about gratitude, sharing, and kindness. Through hands?on crafts, simple games, storytelling, and group activities, students will create fall themed projects and practice expressing what they are thankful for in ways that are meaningful and easy to understand. Activities emphasize creativity, cooperation, and positive social skills in a warm, supportive environment.

Get ready for a story filled adventure! In this class, kids jump into awesome tales about artists, inventors, and creators. After reading together, students will chat about the story, share cool ideas, and imagine all the possibilities. Then it's time to get messy (in a fun way!) kids will make their very own art projects inspired by what they read. With bright colors, big imaginations, and lots of creativity, stories will come to life right on the page. In this class, you might be a scientist, an engineer, an artist, a tech whiz or math detective whenever inspiration strikes. Every day is hands on, brain boosting, and full of fun ways to create, explore, and express yourself!

There is so much to learn from nature in our backyard! This class hopes to inspire your creativity and excitement for the outdoors by drawing from nature just outside our classroom doors! Here, students will learn about local wildlife by creating art inspired by them. On our outside excursions you'll draw inspiration from what you see, and maybe even collect a few leaves, acorns, pinecones, and more that you can include in your projects! The final product will be a full representation of the ecosystem around you with leaf rubbings, twig frames, and pictures of the animals you connect with the most.

Winter Wishes Workshop is a cozy, creative class where students explore the magic of winter through imagination, making, and play. Designed for young learners, this workshop invites children to dream big as they create winter themed crafts, build imaginative projects, and take part in gentle design challenges inspired by wishes, kindness, and seasonal wonder. Students will use a variety of materials to bring their ideas to life, whether they're crafting sparkling snowflakes, designing a "wish keeper," or building something warm and wonderful for a winter world. Along the way, they'll practice sharing ideas, working together, and celebrating their creativity. Winter Wishes Workshop is all about joyful making, storytelling through art, and discovering that a little creativity can make winter feel magical.
