Course Detail: PDV-0203 - Everything No One Tells You about Burnout: Real Solutions When You Need Them Most

Real talk. Real science. Real recovery. This interactive, science-based program cuts through the noise to tackle burnout where it actually begins: in the body, brain, and daily systems of care professionals. From nutrition and sleep to nervous system regulation and true self-care (not the buzzword kind), participants will learn practical, low-cost, real-life tools to restore energy, focus, and fulfillment-starting on day one.

About the Presenter:

Trisha Farmer, COTA/L, CNS, CNC, CTP 
Trisha Farmer has served as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 12 years at a regional trauma and stroke hospital and has taught continuing education courses nationwide for more than seven years. She holds two Neurospecialist certifications and one in Brain Injury, along with certifications in Functional Nutrition and Nutrition Coaching. Trisha also serves as an accreditation evaluator for the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education and is certified in Mental Health First Aid and as a Trauma Professional. Combining neuroscience, nutrition, and trauma-informed care, Trisha is dedicated to helping patients, professionals, and communities build resilience - and to showing others that healing and growth are always possible.

Withdrawals: Failure to participate in a course or program does not constitute withdrawal. Participants may withdraw and receive a full refund if requested by March 11. After that point, no refunds will be given. Substitutions are permitted with prior notice. Withdrawals are accepted by phone at 217-524-6749. Certificates will be available 14 business days after the event has concluded. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your certificate once they are ready. For CEU certificates you must sign in/out on the day of the event and complete and submit an evaluation form.
