Advanced Project Management
This workshop builds on foundational project management concepts by guiding learners through the Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, Communication, and Completion phases of the project lifecycle. Through hands-on activities, project simulations, peer feedback, and case-study application, participants practice defining project scope, creating planning artifacts, assessing project status, responding to project changes and risks, communicating with stakeholders, and evaluating project outcomes. The workshop concludes with lessons learned, sustainability planning, and opportunities for learners to apply project management practices to initiatives within their own organizations. Prerequisite: Project Management Foundations or Instructor approval.

Entrepreneurship Foundations: From Idea to Operation
Build the skills, confidence, and practical knowledge needed to start, or strengthen, your own business. This comprehensive, online, self-paced course is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and new business owners who want a clear, end-to-end understanding of how a business actually works. Participants explore the full entrepreneurial lifecycle, from idea validation and business planning to financial fundamentals, marketing strategy, operations, and legal considerations. The course emphasizes real-world application helping learners make informed decisions, avoid common pitfalls, and move forward with clarity. Optional credential Path: This course is aligned with national U.S. Entrepreneurship Certification standards. Learners who wish to pursue certification may choose to sit for the nationally recognized Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Skills (ESESS) Certification exam after completing the course. The certification exam is optional and requires an additional $73 fee, which includes one exam voucher and one retake voucher. Please note that successful completion of the course does not guarantee passage of the national certification exam.
