Supervisory Leadership Training
The Supervisory Leadership Training class will meet together for three consecutive days, November 3-5, 2026, via Zoom. Each day will have a morning and afternoon session, with a long break in-between to avoid Zoom fatigue. On November 3rd, class will run from 9:00am-12:00pm, and then 1:30pm-4:00pm. This day is longer to allow participants time to fully debrief the results of their SDI assessment that they will complete prior to class. Classes on November 4th & 5th will run from 9:30am-11:30am, and then 1:30pm-3:30pm. During our three days together, we'll cover a wealth of information. At the close of the three days, you'll set a goal for yourself about new skills/practices you want to implement following the training. You will also receive a simple, observational assignment that you can do while completing your normal supervisory work. On December 10th, we'll all come back together for a 90-minute lunchtime (feel free to bring your lunch to enjoy during the session) discussion and report-out via Zoom. This session will be from 12pm-1:30pm. This added layer of accountability will ensure that what happens in the classroom actually translates to action in your day-to-day. Also, it'll be nice to see one another again! Since this class will meet via Zoom, participants must have access to a computer or tablet with a video camera. Participants are not required to have cameras on at all times, but seeing one another's faces for some time each class greatly facilitates relationship development. A reliable internet connection. Space where they can engage without being disrupted; headphones with a microphone are recommended, but not required.
