Course Detail: The Contemporary Israeli-Palestinian Conflict in Light of Past Events

The ongoing crisis in Israel-Palestine is deeply rooted in a complex history that predates the establishment of the modern State of Israel in 1948. Dr. Tatlock invites you on a thought-provoking journey through time, using history as a lens to better understand the present. Drawing from years of research and personal experiences, he offers unique insights shaped by his time living in Jerusalem from 1997 to 1999 and his continued visits to the region over the past decade. Through firsthand accounts from those directly impacted by the conflict since its escalation in October 2023, Dr. Tatlock provides a compelling and deeply human perspective on this critical issue.
