This 3-day aquaponics camp introduces students ages 11-14 to sustainable farming by exploring how fish, plants, and microbes work together in one connected system. Through hands-on activities and visits to the Sustainable Aquaponics Research Center (SARC) greenhouse on the Armstrong Campus of Georgia Southern University, students will learn about ecology, engineering, and environmental stewardship.

Discover Beekeeping: Dive into the art and science of beekeeping with our beginner's class. Learn the basics of hive management, and bee behavior in a hands-on environment. Perfect for enthusiasts looking to start their own hive or simply gain a deeper understanding of these remarkable pollinators. This class is for Adults (18+) only.

A workshop series hosted at the Botanic Garden at Georgia Southern. Each session highlights a seasonal skill, simple garden project, or nature-inspired craft, giving participants a relaxed way to learn and explore the Garden.
