During his 20+ years of experience, he has provided thousands of hours of practical real-world training for industry executives, managers, supervisors, and front-line employees. He is a subject matter expert in team building, workplace communications, dealing with change, succession planning, talent management, organizational design, and a host of other managerial and HR related topics. Joe currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Crider Foods.
