Course Detail: GCCU-1015 - Spring Cooking Series with Chef Faye

Join us at Galveston College Continuing Education as we present our Spring Cooking Series with Chef Faye Powell.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted. Hands-on classes are limited to 10-12 students. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. These classes will teach techniques, saute, dicing, and much more.
