Course Detail: CE-3100 - Change Management [CE 3100]

Overview

Lead change with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.

Organizational change is no longer episodic; it is constant. Rapid technology rollouts, restructuring, regulatory shifts, and strategic pivots require teams to adopt new ways of working quickly and reliably. Yet most initiatives falter not because the strategy is wrong, but because of execution gaps on the people side.

This course is designed for anyone who plays a role in making change happen-change leaders and influencers at all levels, including managers, project leads, HR/OD partners, team leads, and individual contributors. Using recognized change-management standards and evidence-based, practical methods, you will learn to diagnose change impact and readiness, design targeted stakeholder engagement, anticipate and address resistance, and build measurable plans that sustain adoption. You will leave with templates, checklists, and a structured change plan you can apply immediately to your own initiatives, so your next change is faster, smoother, and visibly more successful.

What You Will Learn

In this self-paced course, four-week course, you will use change management processes and frameworks to:

  • Diagnose change impact and organizational readiness-identify what will change, who will be affected, and where the highest risks to adoption sit.
  • Identify key stakeholders and design targeted engagement strategies-map influence, tailor communications, and activate sponsorship to secure real buy-in.
  • Manage resistance constructively-surface and address common sources of resistance before they slow or derail progress
  • Create outcome-aligned change plans-build a structured, reusable plan with roles, timelines, and success metrics tied to business objectives
  • Measure and sustain adoption-select meaningful KPIs, run simple adoption checks, and adjust interventions to lock in long-term use.

You will leave with ready-to-use templates, checklists, and a structured change plan you can apply immediately to your own initiatives to demonstrate stronger execution, alignment, and measurable results.

Who Should Attend This Course:

Change is not confined to a job title. If you lead initiatives, influence teams, or support transformations, this course is for you.

You will benefit if you are responsible for system implementations, process reengineering, reorganizations, or cross-functional transformations. If you ever asked:

  • Why do people resist changes?
  • Why isn't this initiative sticking?
  • How do I align stakeholders who see change differently?

This course gives you structured answers and repeatable approaches. Increase your influence, reduce rollout friction, and accelerate adoption so initiatives achieve their intended business results.
