Induction Program for Provisionally Licensed Career and Technical Education Teachers

Welcome to the CTE New Teacher Induction program. East Carolina University has established a partnership with NCDPI Career and Technical Education to provide online instruction for the New Teacher Induction program.

Face to Face: April 9-11, 2018 at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons.
Online: April 11-18, 2018

  • 5.01 Understand the unique symbols, traditions, and activities of the program area Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO).

  • 5.02 Understand the steps for establishing a CTSO local chapter, the responsibilities of an effective CTSO adviser and the importance of competitive events (curriculum alignment, lesson plan integration and preparation to compete at all levels).

Refunds will not be issued for incomplete work or failing grades.
