Ballet ages 3-4. This program emphasizes the eight elements of movement: centering, gravity, balance, posture, gesture, rhythm, moving in space, and breathing. These elements are not only the foundation of dance, but also necessary skills as children develop physically and emotionally in order to get ready for more formal and structured instruction. Students take one class per week.
