Course Description: Yummy Yuletide Cookies Youth Camp

Nothing says holiday cheer like a plate of homemade cookies! Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and bake a variety of seasonal favorites like chocolate crinkle cookies; braided candy cane cookies; scrumptious sugar cookies; and gingersnaps. Campers will enjoy a cup of hot cocoa at the end of class all together to celebrate their baking success.
The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the checkout process when prompted. Ages 10-15.

Additional Course Information

Please make sure your child(ren) are fed before camp begins. They are welcome to bring snacks from home. Students should bring 1-2 leftover containers to share what they prepare. Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Alyssa Dalgleish

Biography: Alyssa Dalgleish has over 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working in fine dining, wineries, caf�s, scratch kitchens, and nightlife in both front- and back-of-house roles. For the past five years, she has taught advanced culinary courses at Bend Senior High School, guiding students in grades 9-12. Alyssa is passionate about sharing her industry knowledge and inspiring learners of all ages to build skills, confidence, and creativity in the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone: (541) 383-7270 or email: ceinfo@cocc.edu. Cancellations received 5 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
