This course will cover the difference between will-based planning and revocable trust-based planning in South Carolina, 2025 updates to titling options for automobiles and boats, as well as tips and tricks to avoid probate through the correct use of beneficiary designations on various qualified and non-qualified accounts. The course will also provide a recap of the 2020 SECURE Act and how it affects the tax paid by your beneficiaries on inherited qualified accounts. There will be an open question-and-answer session after the course.
