South Carolina's coast is vital for many imperiled shorebirds whose populations have declined over the past 30 years. This class explores how to identify these birds, understand their survival needs, and take action to protect them-ensuring future generations can enjoy their presence. Special focus will be given to DNR's "Focal Five" and Hunting Island.
