Course Title: (LEG203) THE U.S. SUPREME COURT: RECENT DECISIONS AND THE CURRENT TERM

This course returns to OLLI for another installment of lively discussion and debate. The course will focus on United States Supreme Court decisions from the Court's most recent term and will cover a wide variety of topics, with a particular emphasis on civil rights and liberties. NOTE: Students will be emailed excerpts from Court decisions to read in advance of class.
