Course Title: (PHI200) A CRITIQUE OF MODERN PHILOSOPHY

This course examines how major Western thinkers-from Hume and Kant to twentieth-century philosophers-shaped today's intellectual climate, where certainty is questioned, cause and effect are doubted, and art often reflects despair. With over 100 million killed in the last century and millions living in fear, the stakes are real. No prior philosophy training is needed; complex ideas will be presented clearly.
