Course Title: (HEA207) HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BODY TO KEEP PLAYING
Get out of pain, stay out of pain, and return to activities by learning how to take your health into your own hands with simple self-practices. Learn how to identify bodily areas that need attention and prioritize the right physical routines to keep doing the things you love. This course will include an introduction to myofascial massage and post-routine reassessments.
