Course Title: (CUL109) COOKIE SWAP MEET

This class uses a random draw selection for participation, with participants being notified on September 22, 2025. If selected, you'll be notified and must pay a $23 supply fee to confirm your spot. If not selected, you'll be waitlisted and contacted if a space opens.

Bring your favorite cookie recipe to life in the state-of-the-art kitchen at the USCB Hilton Head campus and enjoy a festive cookie swap with fellow bakers! Participants will prepare and bake their unique cookie creations using basic ingredients provided by OLLI - flour, sugar, baking soda, butter, salt, and vanilla - along with any specialty ingredients they bring from home. Each baker will make two dozen cookies to share, making this hands-on class a delicious and social way to kick off the season.

Course Notes:

You will be baking in the USCB kitchen. Bring the ingredients needed to make your own special, unique cookie that we'll swap! OLLI will provide basic ingredients such as flour, sugar, baking soda, butter, salt and vanilla. MUST: you need to bring any other of the ingredients needed to create your own cookie creation. Ideally, bring an apron, a beverage to drink, and a to-go container to take away dozens of cookies. *Please do not show up unless you've been confirmed and paid - standby admittance is no longer allowed.
