Biography:

RICHSPENCER has been aneducator for 34 years. He has taught US and world history, Advanced Placement(AP) European history, Asian studies, and special education. Rich earned a bachelor'sdegree in special education and a master's degree in school administration. Heis currently finishing a degree in history at USCB.
