Biography: GREG BLACKBURN is a retired NavalIntelligence Officer who served as Director of Information Operations for theSecretary of Defense. He led early studies and wargames on cybersecurity andcritical infrastructure protection, helping to shape post-9/11 policy and organizations.Greg has previously presented at OLLI on topics including North Korea, Russia,exoplanets, geopolitics, and more.
