 Biography: CAPT. WOODY COLLINS was, by his own admission, an average shrimper. Like many others, he started while in high school in the 1950's. Raised in Port Royal and Beaufort, he came to Hilton Head in the 1970's. He owned five shrimp boats and retired in 2008.
