Biography: COLLINS DOUGHTIE is a longtime Hilton Head Island resident, arriving in 1961. Hooked on fishing early, he caught his first sailfish at seven and has since landed everything from blue marlin to bass. A community-minded award recipient, he's now a retired advertising professional, outdoor writer, and part-time guide in Bluffton-a true Marsh Monkey.
