Biography: MICHAEL MURPHY Began arboriculture in 1972 and started Preservation Tree Care, Beaufort in 1993. Retired in 2013, now preserving and protecting trees as Preservation Tree, LLC, Consulting Arborists. A Board-Certified Master Arborist, one of only eight in the State of SC. Spends his free time repurposing wood into turned-bowls on a lathe.
