Biography: GLEN UMBERGER is the Historic Preservationist for the Town of Bluffton. Originally from Philadelphia, he holds an M.F.A. in Architectural History from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a B.A. from the University of Delaware. Formerly, he was the Manager of Special Projects for the New York Landmarks Conservancy in NYC.
