No image available Biography: JOHN PASHAK received his Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC and has been the owner/operator of Hogshead Kitchen and Wine Bar since it's opening in 2013.  He has assisted in establishing two, 4-star restaurants which received four James Beard Award nominations and was a former Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef at Chechessee Creek club.
