Course Title: (LEG10026) THE ROBERTS COURT

This course will examine key cases of the Roberts Court from the last twenty years, with an eye to the eventual historical impact and legacy of the Roberts Court. Students will be tasked with reading decisions from the Roberts Court and engaging in class-based discussion.

Biography:

STEPHEN MEYER is a Bluffton attorney who earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. While engaged in the full-time private practice of law, Steve devotes his scholarly interests to the analysis of U.S. Supreme Court decisions and the impact of these decisions on the daily life of the American public.
