Course Title: (EVENT4) SIPS AND STRIPES-A TASTE OF THE WINES OF THE U.S.A.

Come and explore the wines of the USA while learning tasting technique. Discover why the wine in your glass tastes the way it does by learning about the grapes used to make the wines, where and how they are grown and the aromas/flavors they give the wine. Learn how winemaking techniques affect the taste of wine.
