Course Title: (CRE10326) SLOW STITCHING: THE MINDFUL CRAFT YOU NEED TO TRY!
Slow stitching is random stitching on cloth without a hoop, without discipline. Join a world where time slows down, where imperfections are celebrated, and where creativity blossoms in the unhurried pace of needlework. For those who have never stitched before, there is no pressure to learn complicated stitches. If you can push a needle through a piece of cloth, you can stitch as a soothing and even meditative practice. If you have arthritis or other hand problems that make repetitive motion projects painful, this allows you to vary the types and modes of needlework.
