Rapidly changing cultural, political and racial trends caused 1968 to be the most tumultuous year of the 60's. A timeline for the year will include the assassinations of MLK and RFK and the violent and political acts that followed them. The Presidential election, the Democratic national convention, the Beatles and Rolling Stones, the movies and TV are all highlighted in the timeline.
