This class uses a random draw selection for participation, with participants being notified on September 22, 2026. If selected, you'll be notified and must pay a $60 supply fee to confirm your spot. If not selected, you'll be waitlisted and contacted if a space opens. 

Please do not show up unless you've been confirmed and paid - stand-by admittance is no longer allowed.The Port of Savannah, the nation's largest port in volume, contains over 50 piers, wharves, and docks. This 90-minute informational tour begins with a scenic view of Savannah's Historic Riverfront, then ventures upriver to the Georgia Port Authority. Your captain will give you insight into how a port works as you take in the enormity of the cargo ships.
