In September, U.S. News & World Report named The Citadel "Best Public University in the South" for the 15th year in a row, and for the 2nd consecutive year the #1 Regional University in the South. Citadel graduates have made and influenced public policy in South Carolina and beyond for generations. This history, at times controversial, will be explored.
