Bring your favorite cookie recipe and special ingredients 'to life ' in the state-of-the-art kitchen at the USCB Hilton Head campus and enjoy a festive 2nd annual cookie swap with fellow bakers! Participants will prepare and bake their unique cookie creations using basic ingredients provided by OLLI-flour, sugar, baking soda, butter, salt, and vanilla-along with any specialty ingredients they bring from home. Each baker will make two dozen cookies to swap, making this hands-on class a delicious and social way to kick off the season.
