Ronnie and Randy learned at their grandmothers' and mothers' sides to bake delicious Eastern European styles of strudel and rugelach. They will share their recipes, joy, and fun of baking with your help. They will make the dough ahead of time for it to be chilled, and then share your fillings, and any special jams that you wish to use, to roll, shape, fill and bake. This is an interactive baking class where you will bring some of your own fillings and learn how to bake these delicious bakeries! Please bring your favorite preserves, jams or a combination of: walnuts, raisins and honey for a delightful filler. You'll be asked to bring your own apron, a rolling pin with your name on it and a container to bring it home in.
