Course Title: (CUL10426) BREAD MAKING- BASICS AND BEYOND

From simple quick breads to hearty multi-grain loaves, this course offers a journey through the world of grain-based baking. Students will start with easy to make recipes and then delve into more complex creations. Along the way participants will enjoy small samples and gain a deeper appreciation for the art and science of bread making.
