Flutes of the Lowcountry is a flute choir designed for anyone looking to enhance their flute playing skills. Rehearsals take place in an ensemble setting, where flutists focus on intonation, blending, conducting, and exploring new techniques such as beatboxing. The choir's repertoire encompasses a variety of genres, including classical, jazz, pop, Broadway, and contemporary music. Each year, they host a public recital to showcase the sounds produced by the standard flute, piccolo, alto flute, and bass flute.
