Pathway III(b) - Dietary Manager Training - Accelerated Track

UND's Pathway III(b) Dietary Manager Training - Accelerated Track is designed to quickly prepare you for the CBDM credentialing exam. Your goal is to complete your course online in one month. You will need to dedicate 30-35 hours per week for 2 months in order to reach this goal.

Once you have successfully completed the Pathway III(b) Training and have two or more years of documented institutional foodservice management experience, you're eligible to take the CBDM national credentialing exam. The exam is offered year-round using computer based testing.

Once the course is paid in full, access is typically granted within 3-5 business days after payment is processed. You will have up to 2 months to complete your course. Work at your own pace.
