She has served as food service director at a 256 bed long-term care facility, as a health facilities surveyor, and as a consultant dietitian to health care facilities. |

Pathway III(b) - Dietary Manager Training - Accelerated Track
UND's Pathway III(b) Dietary Manager Training - Accelerated Track is designed to quickly prepare you for the CBDM credentialing exam. Your goal is to complete your course online in one month. You will need to dedicate 30-35 hours per week for 2 months in order to reach this goal.
