Biography: Doris Wang has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from North Dakota State University and a Master's in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. She has served as food service director at a 256 bed long-term care facility, as a health facilities surveyor, and as a consultant dietitian to health care facilities.
