T&L 2900: ONL: Middle School Foundations - Philosophy and Curriculum

This course examines the evolution of middle schools; middle school culture; curriculum, instruction and assessment; the affective side of learning; and leadership and organization. These topics align with the Association of Middle Level Educators Teacher Preparation Standards. Educators will be asked to review their current practices, identify areas of strength and growth they can apply in their work with students, colleagues, and families.
