Insurance Testing-Adjuster Online Proctor
Before registering, please read the important information below: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE START DATE ON YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER IS NOT YOUR TEST DATE, IT IS THE DATE THAT THE SESSION WAS PUT OUT ON THE WEB. PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE THIS AS YOUR TESTING DATE. We suggest students use the embedded web camera in their laptop or any standard web cam purchased and manufactured within the last 5 years. 3D Webcams are not supported at this time. At this time we do not officially support computers with more than (1) integrated camera. Any web camera that ONLY has drivers for Windows Vista or below will not work. The online proctoring supports the following web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Computers must have an operating system with Windows 7, 8, 10 or MacOS 10.11+ (El Capitan). Internet speed must be Upload: 1 Mbps, Download: 2 Mbps, Tethering and Hot Spots are not supported. You cannot take the online test with a phone, tablet or Chromebook. Must use a laptop or desktop computer that meets the specifications above. After submitting your registration, you will receive an email within 2 BUSINESS DAYS from support@adjusterpro.com, to work through your exam process. Once you have gained access to the AdjusterPro system, our online proctoring exam partner, its design will look and feel like a University of Alabama online classroom. This service will give you flexibility to take your exam at your convenience. When registering for your exam, you are not selecting a date and time. You are only registering and paying for the exam. The dates listed on the registration page, are not deadlines or testing windows. Once you have access, these exams can be taken at any time. Your exam will be recorded by a proctoring application through our proctoring partner AdjusterPro. Please ensure the area and room is clear of any person(s), documents, textbooks or course materials that could be used to complete your exam. Calculators can be used along with a blank scratch sheet of paper and a pen or pencil. Cell phones cannot be used as calculator. Calculator applications within your computer are allowed. You will be required to provide a non-expired ID to the proctoring application before testing can begin. Note: While taking these exams, students will not be able to go back to previous questions to review or change their answers. Students need to make sure and set aside enough time to finish the exam in one sitting. A breakdown of students' results by topic will be provided after they have completed and submitted the exam. Online proctored exams are administered through our exam partner. Please see additional details on the registration page. After registration, you will receive an email that allows you to schedule your proctor session. However, you will not have access to take the exam for 72 hours.
