Opioid/ Meth Prevalence

America currently faces an opioid use crisis of pandemic proportions. Many communities are affected in multiple ways because of the spread of this problem. To be able to help these communities cope and heal, we need to better understand the problem. This course aims to do just that: Explore the statistics, data, research, and trends of opioid use so that we can better equip our patients with the proper tools to combat this issue.In this course you will learn how to:Discuss the history of the opioid and methamphetamine drug crises.Examine the incidence, prevalence, and statistical trends of the opioid and methamphetamine drug crises.Explore the impacts of opioids and methamphetamines on society and family
